What homeowners say
During a major rain storm my house sprouted a pretty good leak. I called Heidi with Tennessee Roof System. She responded quickly, came out and looked at what was going on. She explained everything she saw as well as showed me pictures. She gave me a quote, and booked me right away. Her crew was fantastic from the beginning to the finish. Then she forwarded the drone footage!
"I highly recommend Tennessee Roofing Systems! Heidy Rich, the owner and sales representative, goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra time to make sure everything is done right. Heidy has a great attitude, is honest and upfront, and genuinely cares about her customers."
"Heidy came out to inspect what we thought was a roof leak. She took the time to thoroughly investigate. She actually discovered the issue was coming from our HVAC system! I really appreciated how knowledgeable, honest, and thorough she was."
"Heidy and her crew did a fantastic job on our pergola roof. Metal roof installed same day, despite a two+ hour delay due to bad storms. Finished with just a little bit of daylight left. Heidy made multiple trips to the house to check on things, which gave me an added sense of confidence in the work being done."
